He comes from a family of entrepreneurs and this entrepreneurial background and his expertise in concrete construction have helped establish Mitten as a trusted name in the industry.

Dean Van Middelkoop – Vice President & CFO

Dean Van Middelkoop is the Vice President and CFO of Mitten, a company he co-founded in 2018. Earning a B.A. in Mathematics from Western Michigan University in 2014, he brings analytical expertise
to financial and operational strategy. Dean’s leadership and over 12 years of industry experience drive Mitten’s growth, ensuring efficiency, quality, and long-term success.
